This 3-hour boot camp is aimed at introducing teenagers to the basics of entrepreneurship. They are given the following concepts in practical workshop-style lessons coached by active entrepreneurs:

1. Thinking like an entrepreneur
2. How to spot an opportunity
3. Planning and starting a business
4. Managing money
5. Building a network
6. Finding a mentor

Teens will also be interacting with other like-minded participants and often form strong bonds with their peers as they grow in building a business together.

As one of our current 16-year old participants commented, “I never thought I’d be looking for apples in trees with younger kids, trying to design a wireframe or thinking critically about a target market or getting to pitch to FNB…”
